How it works
- 1Select your unit and the purpose of the NOC.
- 2Upload your title deed and ID.
- 3We check the unit has no outstanding charges.
- 4Your NOC is issued and sent by email.
What you need
- Service charges paid in full.
- Title deed copy.
- Emirates ID or passport of all owners.
If your account has a balance, we send a payment link first. The NOC is issued once payment clears.
