How it works
- 1Select your unit and whether this is a move in or move out.
- 2Pick a date and time slot, and add the moving company.
- 3Upload the required documents.
- 4We confirm the slot and send the move permit to share with security.
What you need
- Title deed, or Ejari for tenants.
- Emirates ID or passport of the resident moving.
- Moving company trade license.
- No outstanding service charges on the unit.
Moves are allowed in the time slots set by the community rules. Submit at least 2 working days before your move date.
